Grant Writing

Nonprofit: Sliding scale and Favorable Pricing

Securing funding shouldn’t feel like deciphering a foreign language. Michaela translates your mission, programs, and impact into clear, compelling proposals that funders understand and want to support.

She offers full-service grant writing for nonprofits, schools, community programs, and mission-driven initiatives, including the often-overlooked but critically important Letter of Inquiry (LOI). Whether you’re applying for the first time or refining a seasoned development strategy, Michaela helps you tell your story in a way that aligns with funder priorities while staying rooted in your voice and values.

Her approach blends technical precision with narrative clarity. Funders don’t just invest in programs. They invest in stories, evidence, and trust. She ensures your proposal carries all three.

You bring the mission. Michaela brings the words that help fund it.

Strong writing deserves a final, careful set of eyes. Michaela’s proofreading service ensures your work is polished, professional, and ready to be shared with confidence without change your voice or intent.

She focuses on the small details that make a big difference: correcting grammar, punctuation, spelling, formatting, inconsistencies, and awkward phrasing that can distract readers from your message. Whether the piece is academic, professional, creative, or web-based, she refines the surface so your ideas come through clearly and cleanly.

This service is ideal for writers, students, professionals, and organizations who want their writing to feel finished, credible, and cohesive without a full content rewrite.

Michaela doesn’t change what you’re saying. She makes sure nothing distracts from how well you say it.
